I like his design as a character! What's his personality like?

Spicy Chile is the type of farmer who gets up at the crack of dawn caring for and harvesting his crops without so much as a ten-minute break. And when the sun comes down, if he can't sell all of his peppers at the farmer's market, his farming equipment might break down, or he won't be able to water his peppers properly, so he may be out of a job. The only reason he can even stay afloat is because of his hard work and his thriftiness.

I know someone like that ^^ Sounds like he never has any social time.
