I'll be blunt in saying this drawing lacks major fundamentals needed to express what is happening in this picture.
I would recommend loosely drawing poses and studying the human form, repeatedly draw different featureless poses and you will see a massive improvement then start educating yourself on technique and anatomy.

As for the quote, it has no basis a mere hypothetical question because no one would know until they experienced it. To use foresight and the understanding of myself and I hope majority of people would and could not be forced to murder someone (of course thats an optimistic response)

well thanks for the input... err, umm, and I guess i really didnt put enough form into this and definatly didnt explain it. As a demon he was forced to kill this person eh for some reason, and as immortal forced to live, thats all I can say besides yes, I made the demon way to short...
