I like the overall texture of the fur and the paw pads. Also nice touch with the claws. It looks really (p)awesome
Only a few things I noticed:
On the middle and ring finger there seems to be a much bigger space between the paw pads and the claws. If you look at the index finger it's closer to one another. The paw pad on the index finger much more resembles a fingertip.
Also the ring finger and pinkie look thinner in comparison to the remaining fingers.
Furthermore, I believe the ball of the thumb actually forms a single tissue (I know hands suck, I'm using my own ball of the thumb for this). Judging from this it looks like the hand you drew actually has two balls of the thumb, on at the thumb and one in the palm, but they're actually one. It's hard to put into words.
Disclaimer: I'm far from being an anatomy expert, maybe every hand looks different. My last tip might as well be already dead on arrival.
