Sometimes you look like a demon to me
and maybe sometimes you are
but its dark down here, its so hard to see
and I've got my demons too...

Sometimes I fall into my dark place
and the whirlwind pulls me down
the face I'm showing you's not my face
I tend to thrash out when I drown

But you stalk me through the whirlpool
and you hunt me through the hurt
you stay around even when we're a fool
and we're cutting with our words

but you're still there to pull me out
before my demons do...

Yeah my poetry needs work. I'll probably keep poking at it.

A little shoutout to my husband  siphonazureus for being with me through my darkest times, which I'm going through right now. I'm not an easy person to deal with on rock bottom. I'm not a lay around and sniffle kind of person. I tend to act more like a wounded animal than a sad person.

Neither of us is perfect, but when the shit hits the fan, I know who's really there for me.
