I bought a Disney collectible T-shirt from
rabbi-tom in late 2015 via my semi-dormant Max Carotski account, and once I received it I proceeded to cut out the artwork and do a proper framing for it. For a first try at framing it turned out just fine! I liked the pose taken from James Dean's turn in the film GIANT, and found that Mickey's more pensive melancholy stance was quite captivating. If Mickey was like this more often I'd have more respect for him! Chill Mickey is peachy keen.
Summary: Original art not my own: prep and framing was my contribution to this.

This is very cool
I agree Mickey with a different expression other than constant smiling is a good look for him and a nice change of pace.
Thats why I love finding artists who can turn that popular mouse and his friends into something cool, nonchalant, even bad ass at times.
Again very cool design and frame work -^^-

From what I gathered this was a sanctioned Disney collectible that was pulled off market shortly after it was released on account of misgivings that Mickey looked too down and depressive. I think that is what humanizes him, or at least gives him an edge I thought he normally lacked. It was a cool find though, very worthwhile!
