I did this for a commissioner's husband, whose birthday is this thursday. I knew I wouldn't have the buttons printed (let alone the 2 1/4" ones) by then so I offered to make one for him with traditional media.

She opted for the magnet back 2 1/4", I hope it made it there in good shape and on time. :)

A note, worthy of adding:
The outer circle is 2 3/4"; all that showed on the finished button is just barely part of the darker ring. The reason why the darker ring extends that far is so when I assemble the button, the color wraps all the way around the edges. :) It DOES NOT have the unfinished look near the button 'trim' ring on the actual face of the button. :)
