I was with a friend that was playing Feija as a very sweet and innocent charr female that always wanted to be a princess. She would go around with her want and do random stuff with it and for some reason this popped into my head. So I grabbed my friend Coy Powers and he gave me a sketch of what he had in mind and I was floored. I REALLY wish this outfit was in game but alas it's only doable on humans or norns...
