Toffee is an Eastern Dragon who has an affinity for candy. He will guard his candy hoard with his life like how other dragons guard gems. He is good buddies with Roark the Frost Dragon and the two often go adventuring in search of treasure (even if said adventure leads them to a convenience store).

I was feeling a tad lazy so I used a base rather than draw him from scratch (that and I threw on a sloppy background :P).
