Mostly just a study on forms and 3D painting rather than line art.

This was a head design thing I was working on originally just for fun, trying to make Ren look more realistic/human rather than typically furry (massive head, think: robin hood style).

Ended up putting colour behind it, and then I wanted to do the forms. The one on the right I liked better without colour, but it looks more anime the way I have it, even with its very rough shape.

Also not a huge fan of the overall head shape on the right. It may be the perspective (there being none at all, not even 1 point) but it looks strange.
