Okay. I'm a single guy who owns his own house. Said house has a Living Room (shown in picture above) and Family Room. I've always thought that was rather redundant. So the Family Room has become the Living Room, where fireplace, sectional sofa, coffee and end tables, and home theater are located, and the Living Room (14' x 12') has become the Model Railroad Room.

I have to say, it does catch the eye of anyone entering through the front door.
