This is a piece I should have posted a long time ago, but felt was appropriate to pose now. :)

This was a piece  la-la-lana had drawn and colored for me when I was feeling down about myself. This was during my earlier days at my old job working for a local law enforcement agency. While the work paid well, I found it extremely stressful, both with dealing with citizens and their problems, as well as the staff I worked with. Combined with the hours I worked (usually nights), and the feeling that all I was doing was working and sleeping, the stress got to me quite a bit, and led to me feeling a lot of anger and bitterness about life. Lana was sweet enough to see that I was struggling, and finished an older piece to help cheer me up. I've moved on from that job, and although life can still be rough at times, I feel far more content than I did before.

Yes, it does feature Becky being colossally big in many ways, but I feel the message is a bit more important. Life is always a bit of a struggle, but we should strive to rise above them. Besides, when you can grow as big as the planet (and then some), troubles just seem to melt away.

Thanks again for drawing this Lana. I hope that life is treating you well, and that we can chat and have fun again soon. We all miss you. :)
