It feels strange that toriel doesn't answer her phone.. especially throughout the game.. nothing.

I knew why she wouldn't answer for me...I made a terrible mistake.

I need to play that game. o.o

Simply put, she isn't answering because she is trying to follow you.

If you go to the echo flowers and talk to them, and i think if you walk past till they are off the screen, then walk back (or go to next room and walk back), then talk to them again, you find one repeats something in Toriel's voice, saying how she lost track of you.

And then flowy gets repeated as well, who is also stalking you >:P

I know this feeling even outside of undertale. ;w;

If you call her in the cave with the treasure and dog in your inventory the phone rings. The dog stole the phone.

I know how you feel. I did exactly the same thing, but throughout the whole game, thinking "She must answer sometime...right...?"
