From what I remember, that is the US name (dunno if it was used in other regions) of a Japanese anime called Detective Conan, about some highschooler who solves criminal cases but got too close to some group who try to kill him by slipping him an experimental drug and leaving him for dead, but instead of killing him the drug reverts his body into a little child.
