And they showed up at Romani Ranch around midnight on the night of the first day. I always hated doing it, because A) It was easy to fail, and B) They scared me. D:

I actually googled up Majora Mask Enemies and I got a big list of enemies with pictures but not a single one of them was in it X.x

The re-dead are always the scariest in any of the games >.> Hands down. i always got goosebumps and shivers up my spine to the ones in OOT and TWW :X

The reason those things are scarier than redeads to me are the fact that those games gave you tools that were very effective against redeads and their brothers, the Gibdos. OOT had the Sun's Song, which stunned them. MM had the Gibdo Mask, the Stone Mask, and the Captain's Hat. WW gave you the ability to SHOOT THEM finally, and they fared poorly versus bombs.

However, the only, ONLY thing that stops these fuckers is the old fashioned bow and arrow. And they assaulted the farm from midnight till dawn. So you had a choice: you could keep time going at a faster rate, so they would leave quicker, but you had less time to stop them. ONE fucker getting to the farm would cause a loss. The other option was to slow down time, giving you more opportunities to kill them, but you would probably be fighting them for a solid hour, hour and a half of heart palpitations.

So give me redeads all day long. Those bastards will continue to inhabit my nightmares.

O.O Jesus... I remember first reading about the Flatwoods Fiend as a kid... that artist's rending gave me nightmares for over a week.

I think the actual artist that rendered it was one of the actual kids, the girl in the one picture in the 2nd link I believe xD i think it looks awesome, personally. >.> Sure it looks a tad creepy. But still more awesome. :>

Yeah, the games kinda made the entity kinda...weak. Especially the Sega Genesis one it was in. That was...kinda pathetic to be honest. At least in the majora's mask one it was in like Russano said, its one of the times it was really scary and intimidating >.>

At least I could. I tried also looking around on the net for actual fan made pictures of the creature. They kinda were really tamed down. Looked cute actually. Well you can blame my love for Sci-Fi a lot. I've always loved aliens, the super natural, the paranormal, space, and beyond, and things that have to do with technology. I always loved it. Ships, armor, weapons, even as a little kid these things intrigued me so much. If theres any other awesome things out there :P Let me know and I'll look into em.

From what i did see though. The time frame is more then a full decade apart. The flatwoods monster came around in 1952 before the whole UFO Boom and other random encounters of the 60's era. While this mothman came in 1966. Its still an interesting concept of the creature. Its certainly worth reading into o.o almost as much as the jersey devil x) I don't know how many times I kept having dreams of the thing. Scared me shitless every time.

Hmm, all the old books I used to have about UFOs always put the sighting in the early 1960's, I think that's where I got confused. It's interesting to note how much the Japanese have taken to the creature.

Mothman makes for an interesting story, though I've never been able to set through the movie. Maybe because it doesn't focus on the creature enough.
