This truly brings tears to my eyes, Ari. Thank you oh-so very much. :)
Tomorrow is the day I leave for the procedure. It is set to last at least two hours. They still haven't given me a time for when it starts, but I'll try and make sure I share ASAP how it goes.
I know I'll still be me even if it does fail, but I am really hoping for one last shot at sight. If not, I will definitely be fully-focused on writing, catching up on journals, and being a fun communicator as we march off to, what will hopefully be, BronyCon.
I'm actually beginning to work with our artist from last year who did our donation to the BronyCon charity auction. As it involves you as co-lead, I'm trying to set something up where Fall, Pint, and Bucky are interacting with Spike, Diamond Tiara, Snowdrop, and Starlight Glimmer. The goal of the image is to show how it's possible to make friends, despite your limitations through the power of Pony.

Yeah, I need to read that letter. :( Curse me in trying to poorly time manage! :(
Oh! The artist who is going to do our "Donation Piece" wants to know if you have any specific symbols you'd like on Pint, Bucky, Fall, and/or Candy Cloud's saddle bags? If you could write them to me, I'll send them to her right now. :)

It's whatever you would like to have seen. :) I would've tried to get in touch with you a lot faster, but the surgery coupled with Asia's availability didn't allow us to negotiate until this afternoon. It was at this point I thought the best idea would be to have the Part 1 characters interact with the Part 2, your part's, characters.
Asia is really happy with the idea and my wife is pretty stoked, too. It's another expensive piece, but it is budgeted for Coping with Limitations Through Pony. It is going to be entirely hand drawn and then, like last year's piece, offered to the BronyCon Charity Auction.
In the event my vision is lost completely to this forthcoming procedure, I would be honored if you'd work with my wife to see the rest of the image through. I'm so very excited about what we may be able to present. I've done a lot of work to build as much as I could before this surgery to ensure that, ultimately, the only part that will require any real work is helping you and Duskie feel as confident and ready as possible to do what you both already do so well. :)
Back to your picture, I am so thankful for it, Ari. You've really changed my life for the better in more ways than you'll know. Particularly where I really needed it. "Fallen Angel" has a lot of meanings to me due to how you laid it out while we continue to write it. I honestly can attribute a very important improvement I've actualized this year to "Fallen Angel" and you. Thank you.
