Title is a reference to the 2nd Pokemon movie =D GOD...I love that movie to this day...
Used a background again from the 3DS game itself since this was in the extra drawing in the Apprentice course. that was when i used to use backgrounds from the game instead of simple flat colors lol. The shaders i had to do in this one were awesome! u dont even draw the outline, just straight up paint it in, so it took more than a try for the wings.
