Title is a reference to a new move it got in Alpha Sapphire, Dragon Ascent! XD Ironically it can also mega evolve into Mega Rayquaza as soon as it learns that ability, but only the layout for drawing the normal Rayquaza was available :D But, yeah, the more you know.
Also, for being a SIMPLISTIC looking pokemon, the details of the rectangular and circular looking things on it's tail were an absolute chore to draw! WOO..but I loved the challenge.
