"Uh... guys? I think there's something weird about these donuts, I can't seem to put 'em away.
McHorn? Clawhauser...? ...Well, I guess one more couldn't hurt... or twelve..."
So, since everybody seems to be excited for Zootopia and completely smitten with Chief Bogo and Officer Clawhauser, I decided to rebel and draw a background character instead. l3
This hungry hungry hippo appeared in the trailer for a second or 2, where he and Officer McHorn presented Clawhauser with donuts. And going off his name-tag in that scene, it can be assumed his name is in fact "Officer Higgins".
...That's what I'm going with, because there's not a damn thing listed about him anywhere else.

You think so? Thanks! ^.///.^ I've been practicing drawing fatties more rounded lately, working with angles, and little details and whatnot. Just getting the feel for another approach as to improve my skills.
He's among my favorites too, along with a few others who got me into drawing fat furs.
