Catchy title, isn't it? Though, it does not have anything to do with an actual party scene or the like. It's simply very basic - a woman like that automatically turns out to be the center of any public scene, because nobody can hold his eyes off her. And dude, she knows. And while she's a friendly person, she caused quite some awkward situations to plenty of guys without even knowing - because those guys are getting major stress with their girlfriends for just taking a quick look at her :b
I really enjoy this casual but pretty female attire. Here the elegance doesn't come from something sophisticated like a fine dress, but from her figure, that kind of shines through the clothing. Together with feminine body language, I would never want a woman to jump into any sort of dress or the like. I just enjoy it, when the clothing is simple but flows with the female body. Generally I am a lover of women with a rather natural appearance, aside from some eye color and a nice hair style, I am not a fan of make-up, jewelry or..... well, fancy clothing. Dude, I can't even stand their purses. I really like (especially when the woman comes along like this here), when they are wearing something similar to a laptop bag. That simply gives a pretty modern and also young look. And you know, that it's the best thing ever, when the strap of that bag runs over their bust. *drool*
I am enjoying women the most in visual ways. Especially the very special esthetics of those fox ladies are something priceless, hence why I don't draw anything else. And I am proud being a rather clean thinker. Of course I love naked female bodies (well, who wouldn't have thought that), but in which way ever the female gender is crossing your way - may it be in media form on the internet or lovely women walking by in the city - my thoughts are: A beautiful, maybe even divine being. A common man's thoughts usually are: "I wanna fuck her". And that's it, that's usually everything common dick-controlled men are thinking when seeing a female person, who's supposedly having a neat body under her clothing. I am not automatically thinking about sex, when seeing good looking women, and I am also not imagining them naked. You could guess, when I am drawing a woman, that I first draw her naked with all the anatomical details and afterwards put clothing on her. But I usually know before starting to draw, if I am going for something naked or clothed. And when clothed, I draw basic anatomy structure, but only as much as needed to having the clothing look properly. This whole mentality is also the simple reason, why I do not draw porn or anything, that's pretty much tasteless. Sure if something's tasteful or not depends on........ well, taste...... but nobody can tell me, that porn can be tasteful. When something is, it's not considered porn.
Alright...... That description turned out like a little rant...... Well, but sometimes I feel like pointing out particular things, and here then I was going for it. Just wanted to state, that I truely see women in a more sophisticated way than assumingly 90% of the male population. And I am proud of this, I just pity all the poor dick-controlled dumbasses. While I pity more the poor ladies, who are living in between all those idiots. But then again, there is that mystery, that the sweetest girls are always going for the biggest jerks. And before that topic doubles the length of this description, I'm better done. Enjoy the picture.

This too is funky =p Love the absolute sassy pose and attitude that she's giving off, let people know who's in charge and in control =p
Some nice touches to the image inking with the 'scratchy' lines around the jeans in the hips and tip of the tail, plus the other lil places, only I would think if this is meant to be shading or a texture effect, might need to be in a few other places to make it a lil more consistent? Like around her ankles on the jeans too? Maybe it was missed out or it was your plan all along =p
The outfit is simple and cool, tho I dunno if its what I would have chosen.. I may have gone for something similar, like a T-Shirt and jeans, but would have put more details into clothing like like random logos and patterns, things that boost her 'attitude', but that's just my thought =p Plus I too am working on an image with a super huge T-Shirt yet seems to be tight around the body at the same time XD
And finally as a slight poke into your comment for the image, many will certainly agree with you on the female form for its elegance, and you are meant to draw what you like, now what other people like, so keep it up! =p

Oh my, a meaningful comment was written!! *sucks it in like a sponge* .......... Oh that was damned good, thank you, Phil =3
Well the scratchy lines are kind of my thing. When working out the inking, I usually wanna go with adding the scratchy look to it, but I need to hold it back, because it often interfers with the coming color. So this time I left out the scratching until full color and shading was done and then adding it. And then it didn't work out the same way anymore. I think I will have to face it: The scratchy lines often only work for the linework alone, but are not harmonizing much with digital color.....
Patterns on the clothing, no. But random logos are actually an idea. I will keep that in mind for coming pictures. I am usually just the man for details like that, but so far I didn't think of this XD Oh well, simple explanation is, that sadly my sense of fashion is very low. Whenever I want to draw more complex or special clothing, I need to look it up online, because I have simply no sense for the looks of dresses and anything classy. But no miracle, since the simple look is anyway what I like most =3

Hehe you know me, I may be silent for a while but when I do make a noise, I go all out! =D
Aaah okay, I quite like them, but it is something that may need tweaking or adjusting, or even just removing if they are not working for you.
Well, when I say patterns on clothing I mean like having the neck collar or arms of the shirt a different colour to the rest. Or maybe even something simple like this:

Hehe I too don't follow much in the way of fashion, but what I do wear is allot of t-shirts, jeans and hoodies, and that's what many of my characters end up dressed in! Just take a moment to look at some of your own clothes and see how they are built and adapt any patterns or logos they may have to suit what you want to draw!

Your example picture there is a very good one, this blue and white combination with a bit of black simply looks great. And I get what you mean there. I will keep it in mind for future projects. Sadly I cannot take my clothing as reference for my pictures, because of obvious elements: I am male, the characteres in 98% of my pictures are female. Also I take it very easy with my clothing. If I am not in sports gear, I am usually all the time wearing the same, some cargo pants with common T-shirts. Usually all of it black. And I am literally always looking the same, because since those pants are awesome, I ordered several ones of those and so this one kind of pants is the only one I am owning. You always see me with those.
But anyway, with your general feedback, you have given me hints on how to handle the matter now. When drawing clothing, I will just jump into Google and go for some different keywords.
And on a similar note: I totally dislike 80s fashion, but those old school female sports dresses are just simply awesome. The left one on this picture is great: http://c8.alamy.com/comp/DDY3R0/aer.....987-DDY3R0.jpg I guess that is because it's very well accenting the hips area and because of those shiny legs. Oh, and because it's black XD
(and looking at the picture, the second left girl seems to have some serious illness, if you take a look at her foot XD...... Oh well, an era where Photoshop didn't exist.)
