Ra'Nir is a Prince and is really an arrogant pompous ass. However he absolutely loves tea and will happily curl up with a nice drink to relax with. In this case he has also gotten hold of some chocolates. It a real weakness, but being a prince, nobody is going to tell him that he can't. He's broken into the box whilst waiting for some company to arrive. Keeping him waiting isn't a good idea, so hopefully it's not been too long.
