Look at my excuse of a city. The 8-bitness is what I wanted and making this song sound like it belongs in any old game was kinda hard, enjoy my first completed song, The City.

You have a good, steady four-beat going on. The song has a lot of conflict -- it sounds like it would be in a 'funhouse maze' inside a game.
You say that you wanted to sound 8-bit. Your instrument is a good square wave, but might I suggest less defined attack and decay? Until you got to things like Casio keyboards, the earliest game synthesizers weren't that sophisticated.
