I don't mind explaining at all! Its just about the placement of the LED and the fact that the frame of the eye is made of a slightly reflective shiny plastic. The LED is placed where the character's tearducts would be, peeking out of a little hole I made for them in between the eye frame and the eyelid, which is made of stiffened felt, the light is point up and directly at the plastic frame. At first when I put them in light shined back from under the eyes and also the light was centered in "spotlights" on the frame. So I asked around in some suit maker groups until I got these two very helpful bits of advice. First, sand the led with rough sandpaper and it gets rid of that spotlight effect and makes the light dispersed evenly. Second, make sure the base of the LED is covered with heatshrink tubing to protect the connections and also it splashes back the light which prevents it from showing under the eyes. I hope this helps!
