Pento Katsuwa - A chinchilla rabbit born in Vault 98 who was an armory manager assistant. While he was a small little rabbit, he is very good with guns and very tough(despite that he's a small weak looking rabbit). He have to leave the vault to take back his daughter who been kidnapped while out top. He's all round "The Hero" type person who can't do bad things no matter what. He's armed with M1911A1, M1897 Trench Gun and some time the R91 Assault Rifle.
