Hey, y'all. So... I mentioned in my last post that I was starting another Thesis class where I do some level and character design, and that the painting was intended to be the base for my level. ... Well, here's some more stuff, including the character design that I'm going with. (This was essentially the presentation I gave to my teachers yesterday.
I'm referring to the species as the Sulumn, a somewhat brutish and uncouth lot of creatures that run the prison wards on the planet Salm (which is what the environment is). They're kind of like... if you took the Sangheili, gave them the build and tempermant of the Jiralhanae from Halo... and then reskinned it as some kind of rhino-dragon hybrid. I've yet to model out the armor for the character, but hopefully it'll be completed in the coming weeks.
