First and foremost...I have mentioned I am more of a writer than an artist yes? ^^;
WIth that aside meet the main cast of my stories, expect other Yokai to appear both that are in game and the Yokai that exist within Japanese folklore. This is just for reference and to help sort out who is who should anyone get confused (even me).
1. Chansu, Japanese for Chance or Opportunity, he has a scar on his forehead and has had some bad luck. Just as his luck seems to be changing...well the past catches up with him forcing some big changes. He one day becomes a Snee and the scare grows smaller but never truly goes away.
2. Saikoro, Japanese for Dice, ironic given he gave up dice games for the 'safer' alternative of card games (boy was he wrong). He's regularly getting things sewn back together or what not as people are looking to dice him up. So, he decides instead of being diced, he'd do the dicing himself. He turns into a Sheen eventually.
3. Kaiten, Japaense for Roll, Revolution, or Rotation. Kaiten is struggling to make the turn out of gambling and can sometimes can be holier than thou art (even if he's doing the same shit he condemns his 'brothers' for). He turns into a Gleam, but finds a way to relax and see that there is some fun to be hand a in a touch of mischief.
4. (Chansin in purple necklace...scanner cut off number) Bikuta, Japanese for Victor. Bikuta has no interest in changing, but he seems to know when to play his hand better and play the odds to his favorite. It is his big dreaming that lands him the ultimate victory however. So he gives up his dice for a more worthy prize (though he still goes out to gamble *on a budget* once in a while still).
5. [Ikasamashi (recolor Chansin) unnumbered due to scanner issue] Emono, Japanese for game, trophy, or spoils. He's a wanderer that's trying his luck here and there. Not much is known about him at this point.
