Old art!
Whiteout. Beast mode is a Vampire Bat. A white-winged vampire to be specific. She's a Predacon. Small in size, weak in strength. Her fire power is lacking. Her main weapons of attack are low power sonic bursts, and a thick, blinding nano-smoke that pours from her cheek vents. This smoke contains small nanites that get into a mechs system and induces a static effect on the senses. Mostly she's tasked with spying, and infiltration; You need to know something, she'll find it out, one way or another.
Deathly loyal, she'd follow the orders of her commanding officer even if it meant suicide. However she is not selectively loyal, she simple takes orders from the highest in charge. It's a pack mentality. Should the current in power be...overthrown, she would instantly switch alliances to side with the strongest leader.
I should also mention that she has a couple of nasty...vampiric habits.
