Very elegant. I like how he's reclining against a tombstone. That is sooo cool.
I have a vampire character as well, but he's somewhat of an antithesis for the vampire craze inspired by Twilight -- he's handsome but he's also very jittery in his behavior and has a stuttering problem.

Thank you so much! Yeah, I would personally considering reclining against a tombstone to be ..sacrilegious. Especially for a vampire, which is a type of demon! (Well, is as far as I am concerned, anyway XD)
So he's basically saying, "Hah. Look what I can get away with!" - I think a lot of vampires wouldn't be able to even set foot in a cemetery, since it is a holy place. Like how many of them cannot set foot inside of a church.
Oooh! That's cute! A jittery vampire with a stuttering problem.. Nice. I sometimes have a stuttering problem, myself. XD
Thanks for the comment, hon!

Sure!
Well, it actually has nothing to do with any books I've read or movies I've seen, etc.
I've had a number of conversations with friends about vampires. Aforementioned friends have vampire characters too, and they write for them, and since I have one (well, more than one!), we usually swap information. 'Tis fun and interesting. :)
I like the idea that vampires are a type of demon, and the idea that there are different types of vampires. Some would be considered "higher class" demons, others lower.. But, they're always the type of demon that needs to consume blood in order to survive. Um, let's see.. Some vampires are more "alive" than others. Some vampires even have a heartbeat, although the heart would only beat every once in a while...
For example, my vampiress, Auphaura, is a 'Romouldain'. One of the key things about her is that she doesn't use a bat form. She uses the form of a dove instead. When she displays her wings, they are pure white and feathered, which is common for Romouldain. It gives the illusion that they are heavenly creatures or angels, when in fact they are the opposite. It's just camouflage, really.
Anyway, um, I started rambling, there. I apologize. XD; Well, I hope it was interesting, at least.

Thank you so much, Balorkin! Inking was fun.. I remember that I pretty much swiped this particular piece once it was time, because I wanted to fill in all of the black areas. XD And boy, were there ever a lot of those. O_o I think it might have taken me an hour all together to fill them in... Hmm.
Thank you again! <3

*grin* Yeah! He is, isn't he? I think a lot of it has to do with the outfit that
shadowedxrunes made for him... We were drawing that outfit from the references that she provided. : D
Thank you bunches!!
