I can't even begin to describe how proud I am that I finally, FINALLY got to finish this project.
I have been working and planning on updating Snow for a very long time, considering things for him to wear and his "place in the world", and I believe I found all of those answers about 4 months ago. That was initially when I decided that it would be a good time to go ahead and update him, in part because of my suit, but also because I preferred for him to not run a round naked /all/ the time as well as the unshakable feeling that having a cartoon character without a defining outfit just felt so, I don't know, incomplete?
To sum this update up, he has a defining outfit now. The Hawaiian shirt and causal cargo shorts, or a t-shirt under a lab coat when doing "scientific test-y thingies". If you didn't catch it in my big Life Update journal, I added a bit of background to Snow.
He now works as the lab assistant/scientific genius/right hand man of
TaijeyTheCat, helping to provide high tech, state-of-the-art equipment and unknown substances for all of her evil needs. (And maybe so he can stay closer to her because of his infatuation for the evil kitty!) In his spare time, he's out causing toony mayhem with a mallet, not because he's evil, but simply because it's a fun way to pass the time! I also wanted to put emphasis on this as well if you want to get to know Snow more: Just because he works for someone evil doesn't mean he is evil himself. You decide! ;)
This 4 month endeavor was finally conquered with the help of TaijeyTheCat primarily, assisting with sketches and everything while I also had help from 
Avanto_ who took the thing into Photoshop and made it look as gorgeous and bright and wonderful as it is. Thank you to Clawy, I love you so much, and you helped an incredible amount with making this thing come to life. To Avanto, you made this thing really fly off the page in a way better way than even I imagined. Your work is absolutely appreciated it.
I would also like to extend a shoutout to all of the toony friends that have assisted me along the way, such as Duino. He really helped me decide that I should take my character farther than I ever expected.
I would also like to extend a thank you to you, the reader. Without you, I wouldn't have had the motivation to do this. You all are amazing, and I love you all to death. Thank you so much for the support <3
