It's true. This is the objectively, subjectively best starter Pokémon across all games. I'll also accept 🅱ulbasaur, Sni🅱y, Ches🅱in, 🅱iplup, 🅱orchic, and all other starters except for Te🅱ig. Never Te🅱ig.

I'll be posting two less "general" versions on e621 later and I'll link them here. I'd post them here but I don't want to risk them being considered something that's against the rules, if ya know what I mean.
