Drink weight gainer shakes everyday and go to the gym atleast 3 times per week.

In that case I would wait another year or two. Trying to gain too many muscles at once at age is problematic for your skeletal growth.

Well, not all at once, why not a slow build up?

You could go for that. You might aswell train with your own body/weight only then. Muscles take longer to build up like that, but are much more substantial then muscles aquirred through lifting.
