$5 Increments to the bidding to a Maxium of $40

Any changes can be made to the sketch, gender, race, anthro or not, on winning the
auction finishing the character becomes a Line Art

At a total of $30 in the bidding it becomes a Flat Color Commission

If the total bid amount becomes $50 it becomes a Full Color Commission (ie/shading)
