[Food Porn] Chicken Legs. Shaken, Not Stirred.
Did a little experiment with roll-your-own Shake 'n Bake this morning, and it turned out yummy!
Ingredients:
Chicken legs (you can also use thighs, wings, breasts, pork chops, whatever you'd like breaded)
Clean plastic bag (a bread bag or gallon Ziploc bag is fine, for example)
Breadcrumbs
Pour about 1/2 inch or so of breadcrumbs into the bag. Dip the chicken leg into water to moisten. Place in bag, close off top and shake vigorously. Repeat, adding crumbs as needed. Bake chicken legs at 375°F for 45 minutes.
Cost for Shake 'N Bake: About 2 bucks. Cost for my method: 25¢.
