Although not particularly 'scherzo'ish (jolly), this is a brief piece and I'm bad when it comes to names...=)
I was going to upload something else as my first submission, but I'm already having trouble...so this is its replacement!!!
Enjoy and any criticism is much appreciated, unless its something like "tonal or GTFO" in which case, I will ignore...

Unlike some non-tonal music I've heard, your chords resolve. (Schoenberg's twelve-tone technique... ugh.) My ears thank you!
I really appreciate the almost-but-not-quite tonal part that starts at 0:53. I love playing with expectations, and you veer from tonal theory nicely.
I'm a new composer (as you can hear!), and I'm going to steal your technique of repeating a short section to emphasize that it is a section. (I'm still staying mostly within tonal theory, though. I'm scared to venture too far outside!)

Heh, I didn't actually play this, my laptop did!!! If you wanted to know, I use Sibelius 5 to write the notation down, then I use Garritan's Personal Orchestra for the computer to read and play it itself! Thanks anyway, I enjoy using dissonance, makes things more interesting!
