"Introducing The Thrilling Adventures of the Tokota hero Nuka and his assistant (handler) Ulbrecht the Tamani.
Tonight on The Thrilling Adventures of Nuka: Nuka and the Whispering Canyon!
In their extensive travels Nuka and his assistant Ulbrecht had recently began to hear rumors in trading posts about a nearby canyon, filled with the constant whispers of damned souls and the scheming of rapscallions. On this particular day, the pair's ears perked up as Ulbrecht saddled up to a bar stool at the local watering hole.
"I hear the cheif's boy went missing not a day past," a voice spoke in a whisper meant to carry across the room. Gasps were heard from those sitting about the woman who spoke, and more hushed conversations sparked up among the other patrons.
Looking up to his assistant who was taking a drink of that harsh amber beverage, "I say old boy, I do think we should investigate this canyon and see if we can't make it curtains for the foul louse responsible!" Which of course the simple Tamani only heard a series of barks, though was clever enough to get his boss' meaning.
Lifting the glass from the counter and swallowing down the remaining whiskey before standing from his stool, "Well then, Nuka, sounds like we're going to be exploring this 'whispering canyon'."
Soon after Nuka found himself on the mountain trail leading to this infamous canyon. All his equipment strapped on and ready for another daring advnture, even being so kind as to carry his assistant on his specially fashioned backpack (saddle) and one of Ulbrecht's boom sticks.
Night began to fall as the two reached the specific trail the rumors alluded to. Stepping down off his boss' back, Ulbrecht drew from his pockets his torch and sidearm, shining a light down upon the broken post which the sign stood upon. "Hrmmm~" the man mused to himself, looking closely at the unnatural break.
Sniffing the air as his assistant looked upon the first peice of evidence he would use to unravel this mystery, the proud hero Nuka stepped forward into the narrow path, sheer cliffs flanking him on either side, his ears perked up as he heard the cry of a young man echoing from the walls.
"Let's go!" Ulbrecht shouted, Nuka barking the same in reply as the two bolted down the narrow path. The two hoped they were not too late to help this poor soul, or perhaps it was only a trick of the canyon and the winds?
Tune in next time for the conclusion to the thrilling adventure of Nuka and the Whispering Canyon!"
