That's right! I'm returning to Katsucon from where Icy started out as just her ears and a big fluffy tail. But now that she's fully completed (cosplaywise. Need to replace her cracked Ice Crystal), why not debut her from her home con?! The only sad thing is that the maker, Pawstar, won't be attending this year.
