The skies of the Digital World are not like the skies of the human world - they are filled with energies from countless other realms flowing through the cosmos. Some Digimon think these beautiful streams of light that are seen both during day and night are the branches of Yggdrasil. And there, seemingly among the stars, is the realm of the Gods and the Archangels - the Heavens. To those below, it looks like a nebulae with web-like beams coming out of it, housing a constellation of lights that are the home to the divine beings. Since the dawn of the world has its light been a guiding beacon to all of the creatures living in the world, and everyone knows where to look when times are darkest.
To one, however, it is also a reminder of a past life, past mistakes and a home he will never be able to return to. The lights of Heaven mock him every step of the way, and Caedemon hates it.

(Throwing around some ideas for Blackout’s Digital World P: The sky is basically similar to Outland’s sky, but less scary and actually has times of day and a “sun”, and the Heavens nebulae isn’t actually a nebulae and stars, it’s just a realm high, high above that was the the domain of the God, Huanglongmon, his Archangel servants, and occasionally the Sovereigns and some Holy Digimon. It is connected to the World Tree, and is basically a mix of Asgard, High Heavens, Warcraft’s Air Elemental realm and some stuff from myths and religions as the uh… whole “heavens as the home of the gods” thing)
