A Story about Randell from Monster INC.

It was a new day for Randell he just manged to get to be the top scarer of the Monster INC. He was far ahead of Sully who was currently far behind Fungus setting up the next door while cleaning is mouth out with dog-vomit flavored water. Finally the door comes out the set of others doors being placed down Randell moving his lizard body fast to the door.
"Good luck Randell!" Fungus says in hopes only for Randell to go through without a word. Changing his scales to match the kids walls the room filled with ABC's and planes it looked like a kid around 2 to 3 sleeping in the bed as he moved slowly over to the bed avoiding any contact with the scattered toys on the floor. He would finally get to the edge of the bed moving up ready to scare the child changing his scales back to normal the child was drinking the bottle of milk the boy still awake looking at the lizard monster but without seconds he would place the milk into the lizards mouth making Randell drinking some as he quickly turns his head spiting on the floor quickly leaving the room before the kid could do anything else.
"Get rid of the door kid isn't scared." He says not mentioning the the milk to Fungus as he started to mark the door as it put through the door destoyer while Dandell keeps looking at the score board.
"H..How!" he yelled out breaking one of the pencles he had in his hand before grabing fungus.
"How did Sully beat me already!" he says as Fungus finally manged to pull away.
"Umm Randell he was always the top scarer." Fungus says to him while Randell blinks looking at it.
"Wait always? I Just went into the door and I was top scarer before him" he says as he looked around one of the monsters walking past him laughing.
"Yeah right new guy keep working and you might get to be top scarer" the random monster says.
"Is this a JOKE!" Randell yells at the top of his voice looking around everone now looking at him.
"No it isn't a joke, let's just get you some air Randell." Fungus says taking him out side the room.
"Besides you need it for your training." Fungus says making Randell more confused.
"Trianing?" Randell asked looking annoyed at Fungus who takes him to the training room.
"Look I am busy with my scarer you just get your training." Fungus annouced walking off as Randell cleanched his fist sighing.
"Get this over with and then I will sort it later." he says as he noticed there was Mr. Waternoose and others watching him as Randell sighed as he started to move across the floor changing his colours again moving to the side of the bed like he did earlier as he let's out a scream but coughs a bit trying ot scream as he would let out more nasily voice his eye sight getting really blury.
Mr Waternoose rolls his eyes watching him while the whole room laughed making Randell blush while Mr Waternoose walked in having a drink in his hand.
"Your okay kid but your not ready for it yet give it errr a year or two" he says taking a sip from it "W..what I already work her." Randell says as he was pushed out the training room seeming to be pushed into another Universty students around 20 19 as he looked confused some one would pass him the round glasses as he felt smaller some reasson and finally able to see again.
"W.whats going on." he says as looking at the monsters he never seen before.
"How did you forget we here to show how good you scare looks like you didn't impress Mr. Waternoose" One monster says as Randell looked confused "W..what how I worked here before." He says looking confused scratching his head.
"Dude no way you look like maybe 16 at best." Randell was confused blushing shaking his head.
"No I didn't I was here working I was at the top of the scare board." This would make the whole room laugh.
"Nice one kid but keep dreaming." Mr Waternoose says taking another sip untill finally a professor walks over to them "Okay we should start heading back the Universty." The teacher says looking at Randell.
"Why is the High-school student here." Randell shakes his head looking at him. "I aren't a student I work here!" all that would do is more laughter as he blushed more. "Look just go down the hall kid." he says Randell mumbbled going out the room feeling smaller his glasses bigger.
"There you are Randell." a female monster says taking his hand starting to walk to the line "Your parents told me how you always get lost which is kinda funny for a 13 year old." Randell looked confused more.
"No I was 16 infact I used to work here!" He yells at her only to get her giggling.
"Thats cute dear but you know that's not true dear your only 10" she says smiling Randell suprised at what she said his mouth open wide not noticing his sharp teeth was dull and hard braces over them.
"Let's get you to the day care for a bit of fun and then get you home." She says picking him up now and moving him into a day care room with alot of other kids.
"Put me down I aren't a kid! I work here." the kids laughed now and smiled as the keep playing.
"now have fun." she says walking out the room and shutting the door leaving Randell there. He looked around at the kids playing making him the only one there looking ten as he felt smaller the door handel looked high up he was start to put his hands on the door climbing up it as he gasped falling on his back his hands not sticking on long enough sighing.
"Hehe you look fun" one kid monster says as Randell looked at him just looking down but still close to his height.
"Beat it kid!" He let out a hiss best he could to sound less nerdy as the boy giggled and moved away.
"Play nice Randell" The day care teacher says.
"You should be making freinds your age your only 6" He says Randell gasping looking around he noticed his Scales was more lighter green and more soft as well as him self being smaller.
"This isn't right I work here!" he says the teacher chuckling petting the soft scale head.
"Yes dear your right you work here we should get you take a nap." he says moving over to a crib as Randell feels softer.
"Stop ih I awen a baby!" He says being put in the crib. The teacher putting a glass over it as it started to feel warm as he started to feel the covers going around him hardening.
"Hewb me somebin i-n wight!" He says the covers getting on him more going up his chest and soon over his head as it would get dark as everthing started to feel warm and his mind claming as he soon falls into a deep sleep only he was getting smallers still including the Egg. Everbody else outside playing and having fun not paying attetion to the Egg that was getting smaller and changing to more goo before even that disappered no one in Monster inc remebers Randell and likely never will everthing about him was now no more like he Never existed.
