
i've been having such horrifying dreams lately... it's hard to want to fall asleep, and i havent gotten much rest at all as of late..
i dont know whats going on, but i need it to stop...
this is unfinished and im probably not going to finish it but eh.
finally drew the coyote design i got from spaggle a long, long while ago [i added some stuffs]... I'm sorry for not drawing her a lot, but she's a more -personal- character of mine in regards to spiritual stuff so ; o; art of her is a different level of special and personal than art of rena..

could do like i do, if you can : sleep during the day and stay awake at night
something elce that you could try is talk about your bad dreams, wright them down as soon as you get woken up by them so you can remember to let someone know about them ... some people could give you the meaning behind those dreams

my work, schedule and household doesnt allow a sleep schedule like that unfortunately...
i tell and talk to my wife about them, and she comforts me about them, but i think it's all up to my imagination at this point.. the dreams dont even make sense, but theyre a weird correlation of my fears and places i've lived in the past, and recently it's been involving past pets and family members and im just sort of stumped at this point...
i think i might try some stress relieving tea before bed and see if that helps any, but thank you regardless for the tips and concern.
