I started watching The 100 because Javier Grillo-Marxuach started talking about joining it on Twitter, and pretty much ever since 'The Middleman' I'll check out anything he works on. Really liking it so far.

Dr. Sexybeard (Nyko) certainly helps. ;)

Ah, yeah--I watched the first two seasons last year on Netflix and immediately loved the writing. All the characters are great, too, but especially Clarke. She's such an interesting character--not a morally up-tight Mary Sue, but a legitimate badass. Refreshing! ;]

As another native English speaker, my best guess is that either: the character asking if Niyclexa is "a thing yet" is from the future, or this is some cultural reference that I'm ignorant of. Regardless, Niyclexa would be a good distinctive name for something!

Update: The DA version has tags that include "niylah", "clarke", and "lexa". Judging by comments there, apparently "Niyclexa" is a shorthand for a 'ship' between the 3 characters in "The 100".
