By commissioning me, you agree to all of the following stipulations regarding my artwork below.
How to commission an art piece
Getting a commission slot
I will announce that I'm taking commissions via a journal, or I'll announce that I'm taking commissions in stream in chat and on screen. The exact rules will be in that journal or on my Picarto channel. Once you've procured a slot in my journal or in a commission stream, you need to fill out a commission form.
>>>DEFAULT COMMISSION FORM RIGHT HERE<<<
After I have read through your commission form I will send you an e-mail to discuss pricing and stuff, then once we have an agreed upon price I'll send you a PayPal invoice.
Payment
You do not need to have a paypal account to pay an invoice, just a credit card, debit card, or bank account. The invoice will be sent to both your e-mail address and your paypal address. You can pay through either avenue. Once I've received your payment, I'll add your commission to the queue.
Will Not Do
Cub sex, Scat, Gore, Sexualized Death, Rape and Vore.
Check my F-list for a comprehensive list of kinks and my feelings on them.
Reference Sheets/Custom Designs
Reference sheets cost extra, and require a bit of back and forth between you and me. The sketch phase of any custom design must be done in stream. Please see aqua section below for details.
Reference sheet price guide can be found here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/19552059/
Rules
* You cannot resell your commission
* You have the right to repost the commission anywhere you want, so long as your provide credit, and a link back to my FA page.

Reference sheets are more restricted than regular art commissions. I don't take them as often and they cost extra because they are more involved than a normal commission. A Custom Design is when you want me to make art of a character that doesn't exist yet, or doesn't have any art. Because I want to make sure I get the character right, there's a lot of back and forth on these, which makes it more work for me, and more time. You must do one of the following for me to accept a reference sheet commission from you.
A. Provide an example image of another preexisting character for me to go off of with changes that make the character unique, but still similar to the image provided.
B. Provide a PRECISE written description, along with at least 1 example image for me to go off of.
I will not draw characters that look nearly identical other characters. That's copyright infringement, and just plain mean.
All reference sheet commissions must be partly done IN STREAM. At least the sketch phase. That way we can quickly and easily talk about the character as I work on it. I'm willing to alter my schedule to make this work, and even provide a personal stream if you don't want to have a dozen other people in the chat room while we're working on the character. I do this because sending e-mails or even chatting over IM is too slow and time consuming, and doesn't always result in exactly what you want.
You will get 3 major revisions and only 3. After the 3rd the image will start to cost extra, or you'll have to take it as it is. I know this may sound harsh, but constantly scrapping and starting over on designs was starting to get me stressed. Please see the What about edits/redos? section for more info.
How does your queue work?
The queue is ordered by which payments I receive first. If someone is all geared up and send me their payment within moments of me approving their commission, they'll likely go first in the queue. If you wait a week to pay me, you'll probably end up last in the queue, but I otherwise don't mind in the least. However, this only applies for normal commissions. Sketch commissions aren't put into a queue, they're either put into a pool that I tackle in whatever order tickles my fancy, or done entirely in stream one at a time.
My Will Not Do's
Cub sex, Scat, Gore, Sexualized Death, Rape, and Vore
I'm not going to argue most of these points, they're kinks that turn me off. Sorry :/ If you want some E rated cub art that's fine, but I don't do age play. Also, "scat" covers diapers, flatulence, and anything having to do with that kind of bodily waist.
More Detail on Extras
What are bonus character details? Things like tattoos, scars, excessive piercings, wings, crazy glowie details, that kind of thing. I also consider armor to be in this category, but depending on its complexity I might charge as much as $45, especially if you want me to do some excessively detailed stuff (Like Warhammer 40K).
How much is too much detail? There really isn't such a thing as too much detail, but if you feel like your character might be too complex we can talk about it and figure something out.
Special?
No specials this month! I have something else in the works~
Sharing and Editing?
If you want to re post the image, please do! Just provide credit, and a link to either the original or my FA page. If you want to edit the image, that's probably ok as long as the edits are minor (color change, adding text, cropping, resizing, etc...) and you still attribute the original artwork to me. Asking permission works better than asking forgiveness, so if you're unsure just ask me if it's ok.
You do not have permission to edit or alter in any way is my signature
Furthermore, you CANNOT use an image of Arun as your personal role playing character.
Can I get a preview?
Yup! I'm willing to give a preview at any stage of work, sketching, inking, coloring, shading, or whenever. I will send every commissioner an early, basic sketch for their approval before I go very far on the piece. I also happen to stream most week days. You can request that I do your commission in stream and I'll try my best to accommodate.
What about edits/redos?
You get 3 major edits. That's all. If you think you're going to be particular about your commission, that's fine! But please ask for previews instead of asking me to scrap something and restart from the ground up. That makes it infinitely easier for me to fine tune things to your specifications and saves time for both of us in the long run.
After the 3rd edit I'll start charging money for any additional edits. The charge will be 50% of the total cost.
I try to be lenient with this , but if I have to do a large edit early on and it seems like it may become a problem, I'll take it up with you and be very upfront about my 3 edits only policy.
How do we go about payment?
We'll discuss this more in our private conversations, but generally I'll send you a paypal invoice after we've discussed a price. You do not need a paypal account to pay the invoice, you only need a debit/credit card or a bank account. Please do not send me money without getting an invoice first. I use invoice info to do my taxes, so getting random payments makes doing that more difficult.
To my European customers I must apologize. You will be slapped by an additional fee upon payment through paypal. You can blame VATMOSS for this. There's nothing I can legally do to reduce this fee or circumvent it, as this fee is part of doing digital business in the EU right now. If you have a problem with this, please please please look into VATMOSS and contact your government expressing your concerns.
