You know this is an older pic because Franz still had his pink hair! From memory, Franz was trying to convince fluffy that she was an artist, because she doesn't think so! Finally he bugged her enough to get her to admit that maybe maybe she could maybe be some kind of artist... maybe. And this made Franz happy? Because he likes artists? Haha I don't know anymore.
