I'd say keep practicing at it, faces, hands and feet are always the hardest to draw.
I like the fish things you drew before though, looks like something that could be in an indie retro style game, the style works better with the fantastical then more normal things I think.

yeah them fish are from a game called subnautica thanks for the feed back and the hand on this drawing is the best hand iv ever drawn think i might stick to fish and things without faces in future but if anyone coud make this look more like rimmer i would gladly let them fix especially the nose
