Sorry about the sound quality, but as I mention, this was done in a single unrehearsed take. My Oreck air cleaner was getting picked up by my headset mic, so I shoved the mic part right into my face, which turned out to be a mistake. Breath pop city. I did a little compression so hopefully your speakers won't fart to death, but that's the only editing I've done.

EDIT: I was right the first time, it's a "long E." Apparently I can't read phonetic symbols either.
