selenerosewood paid me to color in the doodle I made for her before. It was a super fun doodle, so I won't complain at all. It is rather strange to see a quick doodle kinda-sorta be a full piece now!

THe orphan things I've seen on this site are over-poweringly cute and sad at the same time.
I just wanna huggle all the orphans and give them homes and fill their dreams with goodness.. err...
Anyways..
Three things that really got me on this doodle/coloring thing..
1. The eyes
2. The little wording.
And 3. the way the orphan is drawn, it has a feel of perspective even though there is little to absolutely no shading. It actually feels like the orphan is looking up at me..
Geesh.. I've really gotta stop getting teary ;w;

This actually only came about because Selene donated to my stream with her last dollar. I made this based on that because I liked the imagery.
As for the perspective thing, it was totally by accident. I mean, I wanted to do something like it, sure. But how well it worked? Totally not intended haha. But people seem to really like this drawing seeing as it was popular in the stream itself, it started a freebie theme the next week, and is the only doodle to be upgraded with color later XD
