(the reason why phosphor slime glows, it's quite obvious but i'd still like to point it out either way.) Phosphor is the luminescent material critical to many lighting applications, especially LEDs. Most white LEDs are in fact blue LEDs with a phosphor coating. So these slime contain phosphor inside them, it's probably either there slime or slime core that contains it.
Well this is what I just finished of the character www.furaffinity.net/view/19066629/ so I guess as long as it keeps those basic elements then it'd be enough :P
