From the looks of it, there's not really much 1-uping going on. Raspberry sees that Jam has an idea which could potentially get a lot of attention. Obviously being an attention whore she does it on purpose so Jam isn't able to succeed no matter what it is. You take the idea of someone's character from them, sex-a-fy it a little by endowing her with giant boobs and bingo. You just caught the attention of some dumb male CEO who only thinks with his third leg and not his brain (if he has one at all). :P

It is what you and I know as "The Dumb-Perverted-No Talented promoting the Dumb-Perverted-No Talented." They never EVER notice & promote the talented, because if they did, they the vapid/untalented would be out of a job, soon after.

It doesn't break my heart if untalented idea thieves get put out of work. That's why they're best suited for flipping fast food burghers and scrubbing toilets. There's only so far one can go in life with a giant set of fun bags. Eventually the effect will stall and they'll finally meet someone who actually knows how to use their brain instead of their head.

Pretty much, real talent and quality, can not be FAKED.
