It looks to me a certain skunky just wanted to play around and feel more babyish, that is when he found the car seat ^^ he sat his crinkle butt down, and locked the belt over his shoulders and down near his diapers. Of course he didnt realize he can't open the belt seeing as how the release is on the back of the seat :P I am sure who ever is coming is going to be pleasntly surprised! ^-^
