After attacking the nurses during an attempt to change her diapers the doctors decide she is too much of a risk to herself and to the staff. The head Doctor orders that she be placed in an experimental live rubber suit that will restrict her movement as long s she is defiant to the staff.
Note, the rubber cannot be removed without cutting the collar free and with the thick rubber over top only surgery or a lazer will cut it free. The big red button will render the wearer immobile making changes simpler and easier on the orderlies.

it's weird cause when i think about this situation
1 she's trying/tried to kill herself
2 she's being rendered completely helpless (btw does the rubber suit restrict her every move or just the violate ones?)
3 the treatment she's getting seems more like torture rather then help
4 if i was in this situation I'd probably prefer to be dead then go through this unless this process was helping me become no longer suicidal but let's me keep my personality and be able to live freely again
but not looking at this logically this is pretty good
hope this commission is worth every penny if not more ^_^

Logically, if i was giving something to do mentally at least, I'd have no issue.
So ya, i do think committing someone to a padded/isolation room does more harm than good. But put a TV at least in there thats on for a few hours a day on good channels (aka Discovery, History, etc) It gives them outside stimulus for those few hours a day and would/should put off any stir crazy.
I've been subdued to incapable cub status for a long period of time with no problem because movies were put on.
