Always been wanting to draw Ixion as a baby foal, hence the lack of accessories and the small horn.
This is actually an idea for a future plush doll commission I'm planning on getting from
nazegoreng, who's got some nice plush dolls (including, MLP ones).
Also, I've based his foal design after that MLP pic of him I did for laughs (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12997523/) and wanted to give him a bit more simplistic look.
