DISCLAIMER: I DID NOT DRAW THIS! A friend on SKype drew my OC of Jolteon here. I only call him Xelios even though there is a wolf form anyway because I didn't know what to call him... probably Xikun, but that was for a pikachu I made. I guess his name is Xikun, but I am seen as Xelios the Jolteon more often. Fun Fact!
